SugarPies Cheesecakes, LLC was created in 2018 by Detroit Native and mother of 4,  Shaneen Jones. The company was named when Shaneen became a first time grandmother in 2016 to her daughter’s twin girls, Dallas and Dakota. Shaneen called the little babies her “SugarPies” because they were such sweet lil things. The name carried on for her sweet cheesecakes. Hopefully, one day they will carry on the legacy of making phenomenal cheesecakes!

As a young child, I’ve always had the desire to cook. Watching my grandma whip up many delicious dishes in her kitchen always sparked an interest. When I became a parent, cooking wasn’t only a hobby; it was a necessity to feed four children.


As my experience grew, so did my love for baking. Cheesecake was one of the many things that I absolutely loved to bake!


My dream of serving up this wonderful dessert that I succeeded in putting together so delectably spiraled out of control when I began serving it up for my family, then friends, then others. Now, I am so grateful and delighted to share my wonderful gift of satisfying sweet tooths everywhere with my deliciously creamy New York Cheesecake!

We pride in delivering satisfaction in an effort to ensure our customers’ special occasions are truly exceptional through our homemade desserts with unbeatable taste.
